The Answers You Need

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

It is recommended that you bring at least 2 outfits for your portraits or headshots. This way we can help showcase multiple sides of you. Bringing a favourite jacket or over-shirt can also expand the amount of looks we photograph. We also recommend that you avoid wearing clothing that have fine stripes, busy patterns, or logos if you are having headshots done.

SHOULD I ARRIVE EARLY?

It is recommended that you arrive no more than 15 minutes early as the studio will already be set up and anticipating your arrival. If you need to touch up your hair or make-up prior to your photo session, washrooms and mirrors are available at the studio.

WHEN AND HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS?

We will begin editing your photos as soon as we are able. Typically, you will receive your photos within 2-4 weeks. They will be available via Google Drive link that will require you to download them. These files will remain available for 1-month on our Google Drive. Should you require them after that point, please contact us via email.

DO YOU DIRECT HOW I SHOULD POSE?

If you're familiar with being photographed this will be a no-brainer. We maintain a fun and relaxed environment - so no stress! However, if this is new to you, we absolutely will guide you through the photoshoot and have you posing like you're a professional.

COVID COVID COVID

Of course we abide by the guidelines and rules set forth by the government and recommendation of health care professionals. This means that we will be wearing a mask for the entire session to ensure everyone's safety. During the photo session you will not be wearing a mask. Unless that's the look you're going for!

DO YOU DO GROUP SESSIONS?

Yes, we do! We also offer group rates for parties of 5 people or more. For more information on group rates you can send us an email and we'll get back to you ASAP with a quote.
